August, 22 The International Association Live classics celebrated its 2-year anniversary.

August, 13 information concerning events on Days of Bulgarian Culture in Moscow including Modern literature looking forward the genious, "Around Nirvana: meeting with the classic of modern Bulgarian literature Konstantin Iliev, Presentation of the world bestseller of Georgy Gospodinov Natural novel", Bible of weekdays: Bozhana Apostolova speaks about modern Bulgarian poetry and herself, Maria Stankova: "I want him dead" was added to the site.
 

June, 21 a new interview of Michael Kuraev as well as a number of photos from M.Kuraev’s anniversary are added to the site.

June,19 TV tracks of STO channel, programme “Segodnya” (Today) at NTV ; reports of “Echo of Moscow”, radio “Culture”, radio “Svoboda” (Freedom) concerning the anniversary of Michael Kuraev; the interview “Michael Kuraev: I feel more acute pain of this city”, record of the air from radio “Svoboda” (Freedom) as well as congratulations on behalf of Lenfilm and PEN-club are attached.

June, 18 a section concerning M.Kuraev’s anniversary as well as his interview “Michael Kuraev: Russia lacks Leningrad” are added.

The International Association “Live Classics” was created in September 2007 on the basis of Russian Literature Institute (Pushkin’s House) of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

 

The Association is designed for development and implementation of innovation projects aimed at increasing popularity of Russian and foreign modern classics throughout the world.
